MadConnect Appoints Michael Fleischman as Interim CFO as Market Demand for Neutral, AI-Ready Connectivity Infrastructure Accelerates

Chief Financial Officer

MadConnect announced today that Michael Fleischman has joined the company as Interim Chief Financial Officer, bringing deep experience across corporate finance, capital formation, M&A, strategic partnerships and high-growth technology operations.

Fleischman most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of KERV.ai, where he helped guide the company through its next stage of growth, including a recent Series B financing. He has also held senior finance and operating roles across public and private companies, with experience spanning financial strategy, capital markets, bank financing, M&A, partnerships and cash management.

His appointment comes at a defining moment for MadConnect and for the broader advertising and marketing technology ecosystem.

MadConnect continues to build momentum as brands, agencies and technology companies look for more efficient ways to connect data, platforms and agents across the modern marketing ecosystem. The company helps customers connect with publishers, media companies, clean rooms, identity partners, cloud environments, measurement platforms and activation destinations without building and maintaining custom integrations across each endpoint.

Recent market activity, including Publicis Groupe’s announced acquisition of LiveRamp, has sharpened industry focus on the need for neutral, flexible infrastructure. At the same time, the rapid adoption of AI is increasing demand for secure, governed and reusable connectivity across the ecosystem.

“MadConnect is at a defining point in its growth,” said Bob Walczak, CEO and Co-Founder of MadConnect. “The industry is moving toward more modular, cloud-native and neutral infrastructure, and AI is accelerating the need for companies to connect data, platforms and agents in a more governed and scalable way. Michael brings the financial discipline, capital markets experience and operating perspective we need as we scale into that opportunity.”

Fleischman will work closely with MadConnect’s leadership team on financial strategy, operating structure and long-term growth planning as the company continues to expand its role as the intelligent connectivity layer for modern marketing.

“The market is clearly looking for a more flexible and neutral approach to connectivity,” said Fleischman. “MadConnect is solving a real infrastructure problem for brands, agencies and platforms at exactly the right time. I’m excited to join the team as the company enters its next phase of growth.”
