Now we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, wear a lot of hats, and grow alongside us.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity for a hungry, ambitious marketer to step into a role at a high-growth startup with serious brand momentum, and to learn, do, and rise fast. You’ll partner closely with our leadership team and have a real hand in how MadConnect shows up in the world.

We’re looking for a hands-on do-er, not a delegator. There is no team to manage, you’ll be in the work every day: writing the copy, building the deck, planning the event, running the campaign, and shipping the content. You’ll collaborate closely with our PR team, graphic designer, and sales team to bring the brand to life.

This role is perfect for someone who is curious, collaborative, scrappy, and excited to grow into a bigger leadership role over time by proving it through the work.

What You’ll Own

Events & Activations

  • Lead planning and execution of our industry events, dinners, and activations, we’re known for throwing great events, and we need someone who can keep that momentum going
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, sponsorships, and on-the-ground execution
  • Develop creative concepts that make our events memorable and talked about
  • Be on-site, hands-on, and in the details, building and running the project plan to manage every detail from run-of-show to swag to guest list, and follow-up

Brand & Social Media

  • Help evolve and protect MadConnect’s brand voice across all channels
  • Own our social media presence end-to-end, writing, posting, engaging, and growing our following
  • Create content that keeps our vibe unmistakably MadConnect: fun, bold, and culturally relevant

Lead Generation & Demand Gen

  • Own and manage HubSpot for lead capture, nurturing, segmentation, and reporting
  • Design and execute campaigns that fill the top of the funnel and support the sales team
  • Track performance metrics and optimize continuously, you’re comfortable in the data

Decks, Collateral & Sales Enablement

  • Build compelling sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and pitch materials in partnership with our graphic designer
  • Translate product capabilities into clear, persuasive messaging for buyers
  • Partner closely with the sales team to ensure marketing is driving real pipeline and arming reps with what they need

PR & Communications (Supporting Role)

  • Collaborate with our in-house PR team on the communications calendar, announcements, and earned-media moments
  • Help surface story ideas, customer wins, and thought leadership angles for the team to run with

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of marketing experience, ideally at a startup or high-growth tech company
  • Hungry, ambitious, and eager to rise quickly by doing great work, not by managing others
  • A true do-er who thrives wearing multiple hats and isn’t precious about job titles or scope
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (lead gen, workflows, reporting)
  • Strong writer with an instinct for brand voice and storytelling
  • Experience building decks and marketing collateral, and comfortable partnering with a graphic designer to bring them to life
  • Event planning and/or field marketing experience
  • Highly collaborative, you genuinely like working closely with sales, design, PR, and leadership
  • Self-starter mentality, you see what needs to be done, and you do it
  • Curious and coachable, you want to learn from the people around you and grow into more
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Bonus: experience in adtech, martech, or B2B SaaS

What This Role Is Not

We’ve been intentional about what we need here. This is not a role for someone who only wants to set vision and hand off execution. There is no team to delegate to, but you will be collaborating with leadership, PR, our graphic designer, sales, and product. If you’re looking for a role where you manage a big org and sit in strategy meetings all day, this isn’t the right fit.
